Four Marys Bonny Bramble
Four Marys Bonny Bramble, a Distilled gin infused with Scottish brambles. No other flavouring or colouring is added, the final colour coming entirely from the fruit infusion.
Classic botanicals of Juniper, Coriander, Angelica, Orris Root, Cassia and Orange are distilled with raspberry leaves to give a base gin that is smooth and floral on the palate. After the bramble infusion, the gin takes on a subtle berry flavour whilst not overpowering the juniper.
Great served over ice with a plain tonic and garnished with fresh raspberries and/or brambles.
Four Marys Zesty Sherbet
Four Marys Zesty Sherbet, a London Dry gin, distilled to give the experience of an old-fashioned sherbet fountain. Kaffir lime and star anise give the citrus and liquorice notes whilst yuzu peel gives the “fizz”. Nutmeg, Cassia, Galangal and Sarsparilla, combined with Juniper, coriander and angelica, complete the botanical line-up.
Great served over ice with a plain tonic and garnished with a lemon wedge.
LinGin is a classic London Dry gin. The flavour profile on the nose is clean and fresh with an overall juniper-prominent, sweet citrus and herby aroma. On taste, the juniper gives way to the vanilla meadowsweet and herbs and finishes on a warm pepper note. Juniper, coriander, angelica, orris root, cassia, cubeb, meadowsweet, bitter orange, cardamom plus 3 secret ingredients help to give LinGin its complex, smooth flavour.
Great served neat over ice as a sipping gin, or with plain tonic and a garnish of orange and/or a sprig of rosemary.
